Chris matriculated from SACS in 1992 and completed his Company Secretarial qualification in 1996. Chris is a Fellow and Director of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Southern African and a registered member of the Professional Practice Group and Chairman of the Cape Town branch. Chris is well known in the Cape Town area as a Company secretarial consultant and will often be consulted by other practitioners on complex company secretarial issues.
Prior to joining Kilgetty Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd, Chris was the founding partner at Wilson Rich & Associates (Pty) Ltd and SA Company Formations, a Cape Town based company secretarial practice.
