Over the past eight years Matthew has been an integral part of the management team of a national company secretarial practice of one of the top five global audit firms. Subsequently Matthew worked for a leading media group listed on the JSE and NASDAQ exchanges. As well as in the financial and company secretarial divisions of a major listed South African Bank.
Due to Matthew’s wide-ranging experience in various fields his knowledge on company secretarial, statutory and corporate governance is extensive.
Matthew is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Institute of Directors (IOD).
