Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a registered member of the Professional Practice Group, a former Chairman of the Western Cape Branch of the Institute and a past Board member. Chris currently is an active member of the Institutes Technical Committee and he specialises in providing all Board and Board Governance services to many large corporate entities throughout South Africa.

Chris serves on the Board of Directors for a number of client entities and also acts as the Public Officer of a number client entities.
